These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of all products and services offered by Webxxs, including but not limited to website design and development, HubSpot CRM implementation, lead generation and sales funnels, aftercare and subscription packages, print media, social media management, corporate documentation support, and introductions to professional networks.

1. Services Provided

Webxxs provides the following services:

  • Website Design & Development – Custom websites built for lead generation, responsive design, SEO & AEO optimised.
  • HubSpot CRM Implementation – Pipelines, automation workflows, lead capture, and reporting dashboards.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Development – Optimised funnels and CTAs designed to convert visitors into paying customers.
  • Aftercare & Subscription Packages – Ongoing support, system maintenance, performance monitoring, SEO/AEO optimisation, and growth strategies.
  • Print Media Support – Design and production support for marketing collateral.
  • Social Media Management – Strategy, content creation, and ongoing management.
  • Corporate Documentation Support – Creation, maintenance, and management of professional business documents.
  • Introductions to Professional Network – Connections to vetted industry professionals to support business growth.

2. Payment Terms

  1. Payment Requirement – Payment must be made in full or in agreed instalments prior to the commencement of any works. Payment schedules will be agreed upon in writing with Webxxs Directors.
  2. Deposits – For projects requiring a deposit, the agreed percentage (e.g., 50%) must be paid before work begins. Remaining balances are due per the agreed schedule.
  3. Subscription Services – For recurring packages (aftercare, social media, or CRM management), monthly or annual payments will be invoiced as agreed. Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension of services.
  4. Late Payments – Any overdue payment may incur interest at 5% per month until settled and may delay project progress.
  5. Refunds – All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Project Timelines & Deliverables

  1. Commencement – Work begins once payment terms have been met.
  2. Estimated Delivery – Timelines will be provided per project. Delays may occur due to client content delivery, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Client Responsibilities – You must provide timely access to content, branding, documents, and approvals. Delays in these may impact project timelines.
  4. Revisions – Each service package includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  5. Approval – Final deliverables are deemed approved upon written acceptance by the Client or 7 days after delivery if no response is received.

4. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership – Upon full payment, the Client owns all final deliverables created by Webxxs.
  2. Third-Party Materials – Webxxs may incorporate licensed third-party tools (e.g., HubSpot, stock images, plugins). Licenses remain subject to the third-party provider’s terms.
  3. Portfolio Use – Webxxs retains the right to display the work in our portfolio, marketing, and case studies unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liabilities & Limitations

  1. Webxxs will perform services with reasonable skill and care, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to revenue or search engine rankings.
  2. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party systems, platforms, or services (e.g., hosting, HubSpot subscriptions).
  3. Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Termination

  1. Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
  2. If terminated by the Client, all completed work and any due payments become immediately payable.
  3. Webxxs reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received as agreed.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information, business processes, and documents confidential and not disclose them to third parties without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

9. Acceptance

By engaging Webxxs for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
